The Compark Business Campus Metropolitan District is located 22 miles south of downtown Denver in unincorporated Douglas County and the Town of Parker. It was formed in 1998 and is governed by a Board of Directors. CliftonLarsonAllen LLP provides management for the District.

This website offers information about the District's programs and services. The Compark Business Campus Metropolitan District is a master-planned community supporting business, retail, educational, and healthcare providers as well as high quality residential living.

Located in Douglas County and the Town of Parker, generally north of E470 west of Chambers Road. The American Furniture Warehouse Regional Distribution Center and Rocky Vista University are the two major private employers in the District.

The south metro area has received national recognition for providing excellent access to employment and recreation.

The District is committed to providing quality services while managing resources wisely for the local community.

Required Notice Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105 – Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force
House Bill 23-1105 created the HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Forces to examine certain matters in communities that are governed by these entities.  The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force will review, among other matters, tax levying authority and practices, foreclosure practices, communications with homeowners and governance policies.
